Adult life isn’t a sprint, it’s a marathon. A cuddle party is the pit stop.
We keep running on the promise that soon, after this deadline or this project or this one last thing, we’ll finally rest. But the finish line keeps moving. You tick one box and the next one appears, and nothing inside ever says “okay, that’s enough, you did well.”
A cuddle party is an evening where you don’t have to earn your rest. You get time and space to simply be, to let go of control, and to check your inner map: is this even where I want to be running?
So what actually happens? A cuddle party is a facilitated gathering of adults exploring non-sexual touch and connection.
Clothes stay on the whole time. Nothing happens without a clear yes, and “no” is always a complete, welcome answer. We start with a guided opening where we practise asking for what we want and saying no without guilt. After that, you can cuddle, hold hands, lie in a cosy pile, talk, or just sit and watch. Joining in is optional at every moment.
You don’t need a partner, any experience, or to be a “touchy” person. Come as you are, especially if you’re tired.
