ניפגש בהדרגה, נכיר, ניצור יחד כוונה לערב, נעבור דרך טקס קקאו עדין ומחבר, ומשם נצא למסע מוזיקלי ותנועתי שייפתח לאט ויעלה באנרגיה — אל חופש, שמחה, ביטוי ואקסטזה.
ובהמשך, כשהגל יירגע, נחזור בהדרגה אל הרכות, השקט, החיבור והאינטגרציה. 🫂❤️

זמן להגיע בנחת, להתרווח, ליהנות ממשקאות חמים וכיבוד טבעוני, להכיר אנשים חדשים ולהתחבר למרחב.

מעגל משותף של היכרות, כמה מילים והתכווננות לקראת הערב — יצירת מרחב של נוכחות, כבוד, פתיחות וחיבור.

רגע עדין של עצירה, נשימה וחיבור. ניכנס פנימה, נרגיש את הגוף ואת הלב, ונכין את עצמנו למסע.
הכנה למסע 🌿
כמה רגעים של נשימה, התכווננות ותנועה עדינה — להשאיר מאחור את היום ולהיכנס בהדרגה אל הגוף ואל הריקוד.

המסע המוזיקלי מתחיל עם DJ Dave — ממקצבים אורגניים ורכים, דרך תנועה חופשית, ועד גלים עמוקים של אנרגיה, שמחה וביטוי עצמי.
Cuddle & Chill 🫂☕ — לאורך כל הערב
פינה חמימה ונעימה שתהיה פתוחה לאורך כל האירוע למי שרוצה לנוח, לשבת, להתחבר או לחלוק חיבוק.
כל מגע נעשה רק מתוך הסכמה ברורה והדדית, ובהקשבה מלאה לגבולות האישיים של כל אחת ואחד.
לקראת סוף הערב, כשהאנרגיה תתחיל להירגע, יהיה יותר מקום למנוחה, חיבור ואינטגרציה.
🤍 קווים מנחים למרחב
רוקדים באופן חופשי, בדיוק כפי שהגוף מרגיש — ללא שיפוטיות וללא צורך לדעת "איך רוקדים".

Dear friends ❤️
I’d love to invite you to celebrate life together — through music, movement, connection, freedom and presence.
This will be an evening of free movement, deep rhythms, warm human connection and a safe space where we can simply be ourselves.
We’ll arrive and connect gradually, meet one another, create a shared intention for the evening, and enter through a gentle Cacao Ceremony.
From there, we’ll begin a musical and movement journey that slowly opens and rises in energy — into freedom, joy, authentic expression and ecstatic energy.
And as the wave naturally settles, we’ll gradually return to softness, stillness, connection and integration. 🫂❤️
🕖 Our Evening Journey
7:00 PM — Arrival & Connection 🌿
Come at your own pace, settle in, enjoy hot drinks and vegan treats, meet new people and feel into the space.
7:30 PM — Opening Circle 🫶
A shared circle for introductions, a few words and setting an intention for the evening — creating a space of presence, respect, openness and connection.
Cacao Ceremony 🍫❤️
A gentle moment to pause, breathe and connect. We’ll turn inward, feel the body and the heart, and prepare for the journey ahead.
Preparing for the Journey 🌿
A little grounding, breath, intention and gentle movement — leaving the day behind and gradually entering the body and the dance.
8:00 PM — Ecstatic Dance 🎶
The musical journey begins with DJ Dave — moving from soft, organic grounding rhythms into free movement, rising energy, joy and authentic expression.
Cuddle & Chill 🫂☕ — Throughout the Evening
A cozy space that will be open throughout the event for anyone who wants to rest, sit, connect or share a hug.
All touch is always based on clear and mutual consent, with full awareness and respect for each person’s individual boundaries.
As the evening comes toward an end and the energy naturally settles, there will be more space for rest, connection and integration.

Dance freely, exactly as your body feels — no judgement and no need to know how to dance.
Respect each other’s boundaries.
All touch and interaction require clear and mutual consent.
Put your phone away and step into the present moment.
